Triad of acute pericarditis

The diagnosis for acute pericarditis is based on the clinical triad of:

- Fever
- Chest pain
- Pericardial friction rub on auscultation

Chest pain deep breath That Increases and decreases in knee-chest position (Mohammedan prayer) or ventral decubitus.
